Great staff better food

The food was just ok. Salsa was bland and lacked spice as did most of the items we ordered. The first table we were sat at waa disgusting and had to ask the second table get cleaned. The server wasn't especially friendly but also didn't do anything wrong. Overall the restaurant wasn't anything wrong or right.

My daughter asked that the cheese be melted inside her tortilla when “Victor “ took the order. It was delivered not melted- she politely asked if it could be melted more... he proceeds to pick up her tortilla with bare hands and tells her if he puts it in the microwave it will get hard. It makes me wonder if myself or another adult was there- would he really just pick up her food off the plate-most definitely not! I wonder what a health inspector would say if his burrito was picked up to decide if it was edible😳This place is a joke!

Come see David. He makes dinner a great time. He is wonderful and friendly. We found they make amazing chili poblanos. Delicious. Come as soon as you can.

Went by ordered lunch to go for the whole family. Really liked it worth a second visit for sure

Me and my husband were 1 of 2 occupied tables on a Sunday afternoon. That should have been a sign. I had been at lunch and both food and service were great. Today the food was good, nothing to write home about, and the service was terrible. Our server was almost hostile. It was apparent she would rather be anywhere other than serving us. Even as only 1 of 2 patrons it took a long time to get chips and we had to ask for our server to place our order. She never came but a gentleman took our order. She brought our food with the same lack of enthusiasm and never returned to see if we needed anything. It's a shame because the taste of our meal was almost good enough for us to return. This establishment has no concept of customer service. We will not be back and apparently most in the area already have their opinions formed as well.

Great service and good food

The grilled shrimp is terrific! Service was very quick and attentive. Prices are very reasonable.

Nice service with good beer and chips with salsa but the lunch special was not worth it all. The number 10 burrito and enchilada is simply dry ground beef in a wrap, one larger than the other. Had we known we could have spent a little more with nicer filling.

Extremely poor service from the moment I walked in the door. Unfortunately, the rather bland and unimpressive food didn’t make up for it. I would definitely recommend one of the Aztec Maya locations in the area over this establishment.

Ended up having to pay for the same tab twice over, don’t go here unless you’re using victor as your server. Especially on cinco de Mayo. It’s awesome paying twice for something!

I took my grandchildren for lunch at this resturant this last Monday..We arrived at 12:30pm. We ordered off the lunch menu and continued with our meal. Went we went to cashier, the bill was higher than it should have been. I checked the receipt after I got to the car. I had been charged for the dinner price of the fajitas and not the lunch price. I specifically to told the waiter we wanted the ones on the lunch menu. He repeated it back to me. How many other patrons have they pulled this on! I won't go back!

Messed up the order, had 3 waiters they didn't know who's table it was. Cleaness is poor. The food was not worth it at all. Salsa restaurant is way better.

Besides the great food, this place has the best margaritas in the area! Don't judge my photo of the shrimp. I've been to similar restaurants in the area... They don't compare. I can literally taste the quality.

It's a decent place. They have the best Mexican style street tacos in the Augusta area. The cheese steak burrito doesn't have as much cheese as others but more importantly, it's packed with tasty steak. Order the onions on the side for it though, more meat in burrito and a lot of onions on a plate cooked just right with spices.

A lot of good food for a very decent price. Meal was promptly made and was delicious! Very generous portions!

I would not go to this location again. They are now forcing people to pay a 20% tip per person no matter how bad your service is. Tried to confront the manager about the service and they would not fix the problem.

Fast service, good food

Chicken enchiladas overflowing with chicken. That's how I like it. I've been to a lot of Spanish restaurants in the world and this is what I look for. And a lot of them just have a little bit of chicken inside of a tortilla with some sauce on top. No gracias! How can you mess up chicken enchiladas? I don't know, but these people get it right. Still searching for all you can eat Mexican buffet near Augusta. If someone knows of one please tell me.

Food and beer was Tasty. Service could of been a pinch better, but overall good experience! Loved the bar sections vibe

This is the worst restaurant. Waited 30 minutes for a waiter. Food arrived a hour later and was flavorless and cold. The food was oddly colored and unauthentic. Waiters were rude and short. The next day I had severe orange diarrhea and vomiting.

Food was good and they were fast

My friend and I left full and drunk for less than 40 bucks with a 10 dollar tip. Hard to beat that and the food was as good as any of the other chain type Mexican restaurants. It may have been a happy hour thing. I can't complain either way.

My server was a girl name Bianca. Amazing server, she helped us out everything we needed to have nice meal. The food was very tasty, and the margaritas are just out of this world. If you do go to mi rancho I definitely recommend the server Bianca she was awesome.

Taco salad and cheese dip were excellent tonight

Great service but the waiter who took my order got the order wrong. I was fine with it saying it was only a dollar difference between steak and chicken. I go to pay and the waiter started hounding me over a tip after the fact he got my order wrong

Only thing good was the Texas margaritas. Food had no flavor or taste. Meats in taco,enchiladas and burritos was mush and all sauces had no flavor I,cIncluding salsa

We had the fajitas for two. It's always good and fast. Restaurant is very clean and the service quick.

It's cheap. Service is hit or miss. When it's fast, it's cheap. When it's slow it's cheap. Either way, it tastes pretty bland and it's always fairly cheap.

Service poor. Food kinda warm at best.

Food was alright. It's hard to find good Mexican food in GA. The spices were very mild. The servers were fast and pleasant. The chips and salsa were good. I hope next time to try a different combo and a margarita.

The service at this location of the franchise was excellent and the carne asada soft tacos were like a small taste of heaven. Be mindful of the hot sauce that comes with it if you are not a fan of spicy things, but if you are, then I'm pretty sure you will love it as much as I did.

Service and food is great! When ordering to go cheese dip, I would get a large. Now, it’s a smaller size for the same price. Great job over all!

The food here is horrible. I got enchiladas and the sauce was brown with no flavor. I asked my waitress to take it back because I couldn’t eat it. I’m Mexican and the food at this restaurant is bad. The only good thing was the margaritas. I won’t be coming back

Quick and friendly service. Varied menu items. Good Margaritas, especially enjoy them when they are on sale and I like to catch their daily meal specials. Great outdoor space.

Great place for a luncheon. Met my siblings there today. Delicious food!

Loved the excellent food, and our server was very sweet, but the noise was deafening. We couldn't hear ourselves es even think!
